I., professor Fel'dman A. I., professor E^tinger YA. G., professor Vasilenko V. X., professor Grinshtejn A. MA., professor Zelenin V. F., professor Preobrazhanskij B. S., professor Popova N. A., professor Zakusov B. B., professor Shereshevskij N. A., vrach Majorov G. I. byli arestovany byvshim Ministerstvom gosudarstvennoj bezopasnosti SSSR nepravil'no, bez kakix-libo zakonnyx osnovanij.


ANNOUNCEMENT

Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR has made a careful investigation of all materials of the preparatory investigation and other data in the case of a group of doctors, accused of wrecking, espionage, and terrorist activities toward leaders of the Soviet state.

Resulting from the investigation, it has been determined that the accused in this case, Professor Kogan M. B., Professor Kogan B. B., Professor Egorov P. I., Professor Fel'dman A. I., Professor E^tinger YA. G., Professor Vasilenko V. X., Professor Grinshtejn A. MA., Professor Zelenin V. F., Professor Preobrazhanskij B. S., Professor Popova N. A., Professor Zakusov B. B., Professor Shereshevskij N. A., Doctor Majorov G. I. were arrested by the former Ministry of State Security of the USSR incorrectly, without any legal grounds.
