In recent months, there has been a widening alarm about pedophile priests. In the Archdiocese of Boston (USA) alone, there are over 300 accusers, and the number is still growing.

This kind of scandal would be impossible in the Socialist Motherland, where children are protected by vigilant Chekists and the world's most progressive legislation.

The competent organs keep close surveillance on religious cults. Foreign spies are dealt with promptly as spies deserve. During the Great Patriotic War, the Great Leader and Teacher, as a concession to some of our more backward peasants, allowed some revival of the Russian Orthodox Church on a national-patriotic basis, but senior officials in said church are carefully vetted.

But what if, despite our best safeguards, some cultist should nevertheless manage to molest a child? Socialist childen are not helpless victims. From their early years, they are inspired by the example of Pioneer hero Pavlik Morozov to denounce enemies of the people (as well as ordinary criminals) to the competent organs.

We Chekists always "believe the children"!
